I'm so busy at the moment. It's pissing me off because it's all homework stuff and I just can't get motivated to do it. I have only 2 weeks until holidays and everything is due next week but I just can't do it. I think I am gradually going insane.
I don't really want to rant more about homework, there's not all that much else happening in my life besides work.
On a cooler note, Kylie had a baby boy on Wednesday. Samuel was born at about 10:30am I'm told, so a big...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NEW CUZ!!!!!!
I haven't gone to see him because I've been so bloody busy with my homework and stuff. I was in the city yesterday in the afternoon for an excursion and if we had finished up a little bit earlier I could've gone to see them, but we didn't and I was dead tired so I decided to come straight home.
I had to leave Editing an hour early so I could get to East Brunswick on time to go to the 3RRR radio studios for a tour around there. After that, we caught the tram back to the city and went to SBS studios at Federation Square. We walked into the building passed the stairs that I managed to fall UP so I had a bit of a laugh at my own stupidity. We went inside and the guy who was giving us the tour pointed out another guy and mentioned that he was on Spicks & Specks 100th episode on Wednesday playing in the Greek band. They were good too.
So for all the people who have gone to watch the Socceroos at Federation Square and had the SBS bulding behind you, I have now been inside and seen the view from the inside. Muahaha. Oh, and the sport guy was there. Apparently they don't do much TV from down here in Melbourne, but they do some sport. I just smiled when he said that and my teacher Greg laughed at me. There was a sports guy actually there. I have seen him on TV before on the odd occasion, but I can't remember his name...
After that, we went our separate ways and I came home. I managed to get a seat on the train before it got packed and I was so tired that I just wanted to put my head down and close my eyes. Then an older woman walked onto the train in front of me. I muttered under my breath "ah crap" and got up and gave her my seat. She got off at Footscray, and I jumped at the chance to have the chair back. I was tired after all.
Oh yeah, before I forget again, we got our new computer delievered today! YAY! The hard drive has been saved [which I thought it should be] and I have my music back. Crisis Over!
That's right people... That's a sweet ass LG 19" LCD widescreen monitor - Life's very good with that monitor.
I don't have all that much else to add. Apparently I'm going shopping in about 5 hours, so I should probably sleep. I have no idea why I'm not tired at all. It's not good. I shall try and sleep anyway now.
g'night =]
