Just When I Think I Have this Marriage Stuff Figured Out...
My husband gets jealous! LOL.
So we have a mutual friend. He's a good-looking kid.
Nate decided I was in love with him (am not) and teases me about it constantly. But in a joking manner.
Today I discovered Facebook and looked up everyone I know. One of the guys I used to sort of kind of have a sort of relationship with has a profile on there. Nate took a look at his current picture (he went from dweeby guy to male model) and now he is totally jealous.
He even said I am going to run away with him. Haven't seen or spoken with said young man in 10 years! 11 really since our little failed start happened the summer between Junior and Senior year.
When I pointed that out and asked why he didn't get jealous when he teased me about our friend he deemed the friend is not a threat (though I see him once a month) but Mr. Guy from High School (who I haven't spoken to in a decade) is.
It's making me laugh and now he's stalked off to the Gym to do manly stuff to make himself feel better.
If he starts peeing to mark his territory I'm moving out!
Since when do guys who've been married for six years and are married to an over-weight mother-of-their-child get jealous?
