Summary: Kyuhyun and Ryeowook were a happy and lovely couple until Ryeowook fell into a coma. He wakes up and doesn't remember a thing about Super Junior. Yesung has been known to have a crush on Ryeowook. He's overjoyed, yet broken inside to know Ryeowook has no more memories of them. He takes this time to go on ahead and convince Ryeowook that they were lovers. Problems arise in Super Junior thanks to Yesung's doings. Kyuhyun can only do so little to help Ryeowook try and remember, but he knows it's almost impossible. Ryeowook knows Yesung's his "boyfriend", but he doesn't understand why he doesn't feel any love growing towards the man even when he does so much for him. Will he ever regain his memories and realize that Kyuhyun's really his love?
Author's Note: AH!!! My precious readers! You all may kill me for not updating for a month now! I'm so sorry!!! I know I said I'd be able to update more often after the 15th of October, but things didn't go as plan! I've been really busy with school work so I haven't been able to do much with this story! But do not fear! I am not giving up on this fic! Therefore I am here with another update after a long hiatus? lol. I hope you guys do enjoy this chapter cause something exciting does happen! Kekeke~ And as a warning though, the fic is coming to an end very soon. There are at least two more chapters before the ending is here, so be aware. Kyuhyun wakes up and finds Ryeowook sleeping next to him. He smiles at the cute sight. He feels much better now that his headache isn’t pounding as strong anymore. But seeing Ryeowook laying next to him like this just makes it go all away and he thinks it’s time he really made a decision on what he wants to do with his life. If Ryeowook wasn’t going to remember, he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life waiting. It would be unfair to the rest of him to do so. He caresses Ryeowook’s cheek softly.
It’s been almost three months. I think it’s about time for me to let go. You seem happy with Yesung hyung anyways.
He carefully gets up from bed and goes off to do whatever was on his mind.

“Doctor, are you sure you can’t do anything about it?”
Kyuhyun stares at Ryeowook’s doctor with pleading eyes, trying to get the doctor to tell him something, anything that would help him get Ryeowook to remember. The doctor only sighed and shook his head.
“I’m sorry, but I think the chances of him remembering are too slim now. There’s no other advice I can give you. Cases like these sometimes are never solved, therefore their memories that were lost, were never regained. I don’t think there’s anything that will help it now. I’m terribly sorry,” the doctor says with sadness embedded all over his face.
“I… I see,” Kyuhyun nods, trying to hold back his tears as best as he could. “Thank you.”
Kyuhyun gets up and is about to go out the doctor’s office, but the older man’s voice stops him.
“Kyuhyun-sshi, a miracle can happen though. It’s a rare thing, but some of my patients back then had regained their memories a year after their incident. It could happen with Ryeowook, but like I said, it’s a rare thing.”
Kyuhyun nods a little and leaves the office.

“Sure, Kyuhyun. If that’s what you really feel like doing, then I can look into it and understand.”
Kyuhyun bows down to his manager in show of his gratitude.
“Thank you, Manager Kim. Thank so much.”

He gets back to the dorms and realizes that not yet everyone is awake. He finds Eeteuk in the kitchen busy cooking ramen noodles.
“Hyung?” Kyuhyun calls out.
Eeteuk stops and turns to look at the owner of the voice. The leader is a little surprised to see the magnae out of bed so early when he was sick.
“Oh, Kyuhyun-ah! Are you feeling better now?” Eeteuk asks with a soft smile.
“Mm,” he nods a little.
“The noodles are almost done so it’ll just be awhile longer,” the leader chuckled as he returned his focus to stirring the noodles in the pot. “Ah, why are you up so early anyways? It’s only seven in the morning. You shou-”
“Actually hyung, I have something I want to talk about with you and the others, but not with Ryeowook.” Kyuhyun informed.
Eeteuk eyed his dongsaeng with worry. What could he possibly want to tell us?

All but Ryeowook were awoken from their morning slumber and gathered into their small living room. Heechul and Kangin were the two who had to be forced out of bed. Eeteuk of course had fun using his water screen tactic on the both of them. The members were curious as to what Kyuhyun had to say because Heechul swore that if it was not important he would kill all of them for messing up his morning with an early wake up call and water that was from Eeteuk’s mouth.
“Okay everyone, settle down,” the oldest of the twelve speaks. “Ryeowook is still sleeping, so we have to be quiet. We can’t risk him waking up on us now.”
Everyone in the room closed their mouths right away.
“Now Kyuhyun, you may tell us your news.” Eeteuk says with a grin.
Kyuhyun stares down at his hands on his lap. He’s not sure how to tell them. Will they accept this? Maybe they’ll see me as a traitor and hate me. No, I have to do this.
“I-I… I’m,” he gulped, “I’m going on temporary leave for five months.”
Kyuhyun makes himself look up and he catches the stares he’s getting from the members. The room suddenly feels as if it had just become even quieter than it already was. It also began to feel smaller to Kyuhyun. He wants someone to say something, anything - just something to break this horrible, thick, excruciating silence that had grown. He didn’t want this to happen. But someone finally decides to speak upon this news.
“You can’t do that.” Heechul disagrees. “Do you know how fucking long that is? That’s like half a years worth away!”
Siwon and Hankyung, who have the Cinderella man sandwiched between them on the other couch, rubbed his back soothingly. Kyuhyun doesn’t say anything. He’s too scared to.
“Are you… Are you giving up on Ryeowook?” Kibum asks with damp eyes. “Kyuhyun, did you forget about all the things you and I talked about?”
Kyuhyun stares at Kibum and shakes his head furiously.
“No, hyung! I haven’t! It’s just-”
“Kyuhyun, you can’t just leave like this. It’ll cause a ruckus with the media.” Shindong warns, but out of worry.
“I’ve already spoken with Manager Kim about it and he has it covered.” Kyuhyun explains.
“Still, you can’t just quit on us for five months!” Heechul cries. “I know you’re feeling pain, but we all are too! You’re not the only one who wants to escape, Kyuhyun!”
Donghae doesn’t want to say anything because he’s already crying tears into Eunhyuk’s shirt. Sungmin just watched along with Eeteuk and Kangin. Hankyung and Siwon were, like always, trying to calm Heechul’s nerves down. Yesung didn’t want to hear anymore. It was painful. Though he despised Kyuhyun for being able to have Ryeowook’s heart still, he didn’t want him to leave the group. It would put them in jeopardy.
“Calm down, Heechul!” Hankyung said a bit annoyed with Heechul’s temper.
“Kyuhyun, please you can’t leave like this!” Kibum frowned.
Kyuhyun fought hard not to cry. I’m sorry you guys…
“I’m sorry… I’ve already made my decision.” Kyuhyun mumbles sadly, not looking at anyone but the floor.
“How could you?!” Heechul screamed as tears fell down his face heavily.
“I’m so sorry hyung…”
Heechul releases himself from Siwon and Hankyung’s grip and runs to Kyuhyun. He begins hitting the magnae on his chest.
“I thought you were stronger than this, Kyuhyun!”
Yesung couldn’t take it anymore. If they kept going at this, Ryeowook may wake up.
“I thought you were-”
“Will you guys stop it?!” Yesung yells.
Everyone suddenly becomes quiet and stares at Yesung in shock.
“Can you guys… please stop? You guys are going to wake Ryeowook up.” He says irritated.
He gets up from his seat and storms off into Kyuhyun’s room, where Ryeowook’s sleeping. As soon as he disappears, Siwon pulls Heechul away from the beaten magnae. Eeteuk decides to talk.
“Kyuhyun, let me ask you this, okay?”
Kyuhyun only nods.
“Are you positive you really want to go?”
“Yes, hyung. It’s my final decision.” Kyuhyun answers with true honesty.
And that’s when everyone slowly leaves the room one by one. Soon it’s only Eeteuk and Kangin left. Kyuhyun feels like all of his energy had been drained from this one discussion. He gets up and walks over to Eeteuk and Kangin. When he’s about to apologize again, he’s taken by surprise. Eeteuk had enveloped him into a tight hug.
“It’s okay Kyuhyun. I understand. Even though I don’t want you to leave like this, I know I can’t stop you, so do as your heart says. I know you’re not doing anything wrong.” Eeteuk encourages.
And Kyuhyun cries on his shoulder. He feels Kangin come up behind him and pat his back.
“It’s alright, Kyuhyun.” Kangin cooes.

Yesung sat down on Kyuhyun’s bed, right beside Ryeowook. He smiled sadly down at the sleeping boy. He brought a hand to his face and softly caressed the high cheekbone.
“I love you, but why am I beginning to feel horrible? Is it because I took you from your real happiness? I fear of you leaving me all alone, Wook. But I know you won’t be happy with me. You only think you are. You’re true happiness is leaving though. He’s leaving now, and it’s my entire fault. I’m sorry, Ryeowook…”
Yesung bent down and placed a small kiss on Ryeowook’s forehead. He smiled once more at the boy below him.
“Rest well, my Ryeowook.” He whispered sweetly.
He gets up and opens the door, only to be surprise to see Kibum standing outside.
“C-Can we talk?” Kibum stutters.
Yesung only stares at the younger male.

“What is it do you want to tell me? If you’re here to give me a damn lecture about me stealing Ryeowook, then I don’t want to hear it.” Yesung says with his arms cross tightly across his chest.
“No… I… I…” Kibum stutters.
“You wha-”
Kibum plunges forward and presses his lips lightly against Yesung’s. The older male’s eyes widen in shock. He knows he should push away Kibum, but yet he can’t help but keep him there. Before anything else happens, Kibum slowly pulls away.
“Kibum…?” Yesung asks with confusion.
“Hyung… Hyung I… I’m sorry.” Kibum whispers and looks down.
“W-What?”
“I’m sorry, Yesung. I’m sorry for having been so cold to you. I’m sorry. I know I’m being very ignorant for doing that to you, but I couldn’t help myself.”
Yesung listened carefully to his dongsaeng.
“Kyuhyun is leaving and I… I know now things will never be the same. I will never be with you,” tears brim his eyes as he speaks, “ever. So just this last time let me say something?”
Yesung nodded.
“Even though Kyuhyun is leaving, don’t you ever leave Ryeowook. Until he remembers, don’t ever leave him. Even if he ends up hating you for lying to him, at least he’ll remember how much he meant to you. Protect him in place of Kyuhyun. While you do that I will be forgetting how much I’ve loved you. How much I’ve craved for warmth from you, and how my heart was ruined. I’ll be moving on.” Kibum forces on a shaky smile for Yesung.
“Kibum, what…?” Yesung mumbles while taking a step toward the young man.
Kibum shakes his head and steps away from his reach.
“No, Yesung. I’m strong and you know it. I’m not going to cry over this like some teenage girl, okay,” he laughs a little, “I can forget too, haha. Don’t worry about me. I’ll be perfectly fine. Just please… I want you to watch over Ryeowook. Be happy with him.”
And before Yesung can even say a thing, Kibum turns around and quickly leaves the balcony. Yesung is breathless and confused. But what he can’t understand is the painful pounding of his heart. Why…?
