Author's Note: Uhm. Right. So. This is the result of me having to take an hour+ bus ride, with A) a dying phone, B) A laptop that won't work unless it's charging, and C) a dead iPod. So I texted Mandy/
harmony283, asking for a prompt. Because I DID have my notebook. The prompt was 'Tokusa-Goushi - Yellow'. And--yeeaaaaahh... This was written entirely on the public transit system. With this homeless guy looking over my shoulder. :/ -really didn't care-
"You're wearing...yellow?"
Tokusa turned, absolutely beaming, and gave Goushi a puzzled yet exceptionally amused look. "Yes? Yes I am. But..." Really? Really? "You're not more surprised by the fact that I'm wearing a dress?"
"It's you." Goushi lifted one eyebrow, a high arch upon his forehead. "Who would be? But for as much as you...care about your appearance, one would think you had mind to avoid colors that clash with your hair."
And suddenly Tokusa was scowling, arms cross over his...padded ('What?')...chest, as he leaned back against the doorframe of their shared common room. "And since when do you know anything about fashion? You're the one with a..." he grimaced, as if discovering some foul taste in his mouth, "top-knot."
Goushi sighed, knowing there would be no end to this in sight, if he didn't cut it short. And what better way to do so, than to change the subject? "What exactly are you doing this for, anyway?"
"We have a day off. I'm going on a date."
"...I thought Madarao hates yellow?" Goushi didn't know why he worded it as a question.
Tokusa rolled his eyes, exasperatedly. "With Supervisor Lee!" As if that were obvious.
Goushi blinked. Then once more, with a frown tugging down at his lips. "Come again?" Because for all his flirtatiousness, and the philanderous air about him, Tokusa was loyal. And if there were but one thing that absolutely no one could deny about him, it would be the fact that he loved Madarao.
"I'm going. On a date. With the Supervisor," Tokusa repeated with a sigh. Then, finally, clarification. Of sorts. "He's been spending far too much time with Howard."
Goushi nodded, beginning to understand. A little. Maybe. At the very least, it was obvious to whom Tokusa was referring. "So you're jealous." Tokusa nodded, and Goushi sighed. "And your aim is to make him jealous, in return?" Even though it was more likely to anger him. "You do realize that he and Link are merely friends, yes?"
"Of course I do. I'm not stupid." Though perhaps a bit naïve, at times.
"And even so, you..." Goushi cut himself off right there, realizing that--yet again--this was going absolutely nowhere. "But really, Tokusa...yellow?" It didn't flatter him. It may very well have been one of the few things that didn't. "What will...Supervisor Lee think?"
Tokusa snorted, and rolled his eyes. "He picked the dress?"
GUH. DON'T KILL ME, PLEASE;;; xDD
