All Done!
The Pirates Charles were awesome on Monday! Ari (Sandy - my cousin) took a nice photo of me dressed up, when I get it I'll post it for your viewing pleasure. We had a great time drinking wine/rum and getting all Piratey.
Tuesday I took a super-easy final for Psychology of Law. It was more a final goodbye for everyone in the class (we got very close to each other this semester) than an actual final considering the professor gave us a copy. The true highlight of the day was meeting up with hulabear! We met up for dinner at 6:00 at Kabuki in Woodland Hills for sushi. We finished eating in like, 40 minutes but ended up talking for over an hour. We over-stayed our welcome and took our conversation to the Coffee Bean on Topanga and Ventura. Alyssa was gracious enough to buy me some delicious coffee and we proceeded to chat till 11:00. It was absolutely wonderful. I missed her a lot this semester even though we talked a bunch online; and when we finally said our goodbye's I couldn't help but feel a little sad at our parting. She lifted my spirits by assuring me that we'll get together again before she leaves to Italy... yay!
I had a battery of finals today, they were difficult but doable. It also verily marks the end of the semester! Woo! Finally completed the hardest semester of my university career and was able to do it with gusto. I'm very happy to finally be done and enjoy a very short break until summer school in June.
I'm in a bit of a dilemma here... On one hand, I want to go out in celebration of the end of the semester; on the other, I have no money. So if someone can think of something to do, let me know. Either way, congratulations to me and anyone else whose done with school.
