New job, etc.
So life rolls on. Because exactly what choice does it have, I ask you? But it's going well. Bus commute much improved. Teacher I'm working with great...just the right amount of organized and laid back. Really good, friendly, helpful, supportive working environment, which, believe me, I appreciate to the nth degree. Second job starting on Monday -- an afterschool program with 2nd-5th graders. Has potential to be a lot of fun and really stretch me in the leading-groups-of-kids kind of way. Things with Brian are good, despite him being out for the weekend for his father's birthday fun-ness and database craziness. :-P Ah well. Miss the old housemates...probably getting together with a few of them this weekend, hope so anyway. House is lovely. Couch arriving hopefully this weekend. Also still need bookshelves and dining room chairs. But that may come. Or else we will continue to use the coffee table as a oddly low bench. :-P Does the trick, it does. Also apparently do not believe in using subjects very often in posts. Hmmm...shall perhaps write a more literary post in the near future. When I am not using all of my limited internet time to search for craigslist things or figure out buses...
