it was such an amazing weekend,had the best time ever
here we go...woke up early and nelly's ticket wasn't there which was so gutting as the big man was un able to come:(
So we headed into town and had a ok bus drive down,fairly fast at download for 3:30...then got the worst campsite spot ever,the furthest away from the arena lol buit who cares
First night got so fucking stoned,drank 12 highland brew and fell asleep at half 9 lol.
FRIDAY
Throwdown-were good just something heavy to start off the weekend which was good
Gojira-were so amazing and a big surprise was so pleased with them,fucknig superb
Bleeding Through-were fucknig shit,after all this hype they were simply shit.
Soufly-enjoyed them they played well and that
Coheed and Cambria-enjoyed them but i thought they messed around to much/no crowd interection but still good
*Deftones-One of the ebst of the weekend,they were just fucknig amazing,played an amazing set including "aroudn the fur" which is my favourite,max cavalera doing "head up" was also classic",only basd points were chino's overly used bird noises
Tool-were good i enjoyed them,a bit weird btu good didn't know any sopngs which was gay but still good.
Again got wasted that night which was much enjoyed,fell asleep with ross at half 11-didn't get back up ha ha
Oh yeah we also had a slinky which is the best thing ever as it gets you so wasted it's unbelievable.I also puked all the highland brew up
SATURDAY
Down-were good,phil anselmo was wasted,more the whole seeing them was better than them actually playing-good start to the day
Johnny Truant-better than i expected enjoyed them alot,especially the end bit of the bloodening even though i am not the biggest fan of the song.
Sikth-Another band who were one of the best of the weekend,they were just fucknig amazing and played amazing songs,were mental the place was mental-just amazing
Arch Enemy-enjoyed them they were damn good,got a great reaction and the singer is nice:)
Alice in Chains-surprising and they had a new singer who was reallty good
Avenged Sevenfold-Excellent,cheesy yes,but excellent what a great band and that solo gates did was unbelievable-superb
Trivium-Also really good,no screaming was different but they did play very well
Korn-I really wanted to see the classic korn line-up but what we got instead was amazing.guest vocalists-the singer of 10 years who did it's on and was rubbish(i thought this is gonig to be a shambles as he was first)then m shadows did fallnig away from me who was really good at it.Then benji from skindred did an amazing version of addidas,the devil driver guy was ok,corey taylor was great and m,att heafy's blind was also good
Reuben-very good enjoyed them alot,played good songs and got the place gonig very well
Metallica-amazing at whaty they do,didnt watch all of them though but still good.
Again wasted that night,garry holt+slinky was so funny,brilliant night,ended at half 1-how late!!!
SUNDAY
Hatebreed-what amazing start to the day they were great

Inflames-fucknig brilliant really great-great set,which i missed 2 songs of for...
Bring Me the Horizon-Fuckig hell they were amazing(another best of the weekend)so fucknig brilliant,the place was just gonig fucknig mental it was insane and the gang chants were so amazing-the hardcore pits were insane and the wall of death at the end was amazing
Mendeed-not bad except from the daft accent
Blindside-amazing,i thought they were great they didn't get a good reaction which was gay but still great
Eighteen Visions-They were brilliant-the singer is amazing(gay but amazing)the bassist is a baw bag but anyway thety were fucknig brilliant,what an amazing set
Alexisonfire-were pish they can't hit high notes how gay
Funeral for a friend-were good but i wwas expecting better enjoyable though
Guns n' Roses-excellent,amazingand superb...but only when playing songs inbetween songs was terrible-axl hissy fit was amazing i was so happy when he stormed off stage,classic-what a fucknig amazing set though every song is a fucknig classic-when axl started dancing i don't think i've ever been so happy-what a fake ginger legend
