Christmas Madness!!!
Ahhhh crazy times! But good times, nonetheless. 3 Christmas dinners within the last week and lots of fun. Today (Boxing Day) didn't turn out to be as insane as I thought it would, which was a good thing. I did spend quite a bit though.
I bought:
A new 19" LCD flat panel monitor for $420 and it's the most amazing monitor I've ever seen. So crisp and bright. It's gorgeous!
3 CD's at CD Plus. I love that place. They actually have more than just the mainstream metal bands. There's shit there I've never even heard of and they've got such a large sleection AND they're cheaper than HMV for the most part. Anyway, the CD's I got were:
Rhapsody - Tales From The Emerald Sword Saga
Augury - Concealed
Necrophagist - Onset of Putrefaction
Now, on to Christmas! I got:
- Awesome new computer desk that actually has room for everything and then some!
- Iron Maiden - Live After Death hoodie
- Iron Maiden - Rock In Rio DVD
- Iron Maiden - The Trooper poster
- 12 month XBox Live! subscription so I can play my XBox 360 online.
- A bunch of stuff for my car (jumper cables, city map, emergency kit, gas can). The kind of stuff you don't realize you need until it's too late. :P
- $75 in cash and gift certificates. I gave $50 to my mom to go towards the laptop they're buying for my sister's birthday though. Her birthday is January 4th.
- New comforter for my bed so I can actually stay warm now.
As for New Years, I'll be going to a couple parties and getting right hammered. It should be fun! :D
