(no subject)
So I went up to Seattle to rent a place and got an adorable cottage on the first try. Monika and Ben were excellent hosts and now I'm back in Portland until Will comes on July 12 and helps me move our stuff up. So far I've been having a great time with Deb and Max (even went to Caitlin and Will's house last night for dinner and ice cream tasting - a different Reed Will) and have big plans for the weekend - Lavender Festival Saturday? or Scandinavian Midsummer Festival? North American Organic Brewers Festival Sunday? and am looking forward to seeing Becky today (and Emily?). I'm also going to First Cup every morning (Dana's old favorite, which serves Stumptown and some delicious bagels) to read and drink coffee. Luckily it's 2 blocks from Justin's mom's house where I'm staying. I feel so lucky and happy to have so many great friends helping me and hanging out with me... I really missed everybody.
If you're in Portland and I don't know it or haven't reached you please let me know. I have 3 weeks to hang out and I need to be entertained at all times. Also, don't you want to come to the Lavender Festival or Scandinavian Festival or Beer Festival with me? Yup, you do.
