**Extremely mild almost non-existant and non-plot-related SPOILERS for Superman/Batman: The Search for Kryptonite.**
Went to the bookstore yesterday and bought Superman/Batman: The Search for Kryptonite. Mostly for the part where Superman gets high on "Magic-K" (silver kryptonite) and hallucinates that the rest of the JLA are chibi versions of themselves. It's hilarious. :D Though the rest of the book was good too.
One thing that bugged me--
Roy: (referring to Superman) "Is it just me, or is he acting kind of h--"
Batman: "Highly unstable."
Roy's only got like three lines in the entire book, and yet the writer STILL manages to make a drug reference. That takes talent.
Also, LOL at Alan "Green Lantern" Scott's
new costume design. Holy wow, is that stupid. Heck, even Doctor Fate is stretching a hand out towards him like "For the love of all that's holy LET ME HELP YOU!!" I'll never complain about Wonder Woman's new costume again (at least not for the next five to seven business days.)
