Back from Texas!
Well, I am back from the lone star state--it was tons of fun.
I felt bad though cuz for her graduation that was supposed to be outside, it rained from the darkest clouds that day like I had not seen in a long time, and apparently neither had they, because the last time it rained and forced the Hockaday graduation to be inside the gym was in 1986...so it wasn't as nice of a setting, but it still went beautifully. The rest of the week was just sightseeing into Dallas, Fort Worth, and a little inbetween. I tried to expand my boundaries of spicy foods, but it didn't really work...I still can't stand it! At least I tried everything though. Plus I bought a way cute cowgirl hat that was 50% off, so all is well, and I have cool pictures to show for it. :)
I was back in time to see my little bro go to the prom--that was fun, and I'm glad I was there. I also took some cute pictures as they were leaving. Sounds like everyone had a blast.
Grandma arrived from France on Sunday. 84 and still flying cross-continental flights, through Philadelphia this time...wow. I hope I'll be as able as she is when I am her age.
And that's pretty much it. Note to self: I work on Friday.
