what up?!
Hi! Here's another one of my fun By the Numbers updates for y'all to see:
3 ::: tests, all for psychology classes, I had consecutively last week.
1 ::: test I had this past week. It went ok.
1 ::: dollar I spent last night for an evening that included going to the Spokane Opera House to the Symphony. Risa had free tickets, so all we paid for was for parking, a max of $2.00 which we split to be fair! What a night!
5 ::: days until Fall break when I get to not be in school and go home with Amy to Pasco--we have fun stuff planned.
45 ::: our high temp. here today in Spokane
24 ::: hours that it rained yesterday, which is rare for Spokane- it usually rains hard for a little bit or sprinkles for a little bit, but never moderate rain the whole day!
100 ::: percent I got on my presentation last week!
20 ::: questions I came up with for a group project in my Research Methods and Stats class, where we had to create a test--our topic? Wizard of Oz trivia...good times...
2 ::: out of three meetings down that I've been to for my Jan term trip to France and Switzerland! SO EXCITED!
4 ::: pairs of shoes laying out on the floor that I should probably pick up...but our room is otherwise decently clean!
8 ::: the age of our new child Risa and I sponsor through Compassion International--this is so weird...we got a letter this week saying that Seliana, the little girl from the Dominican Republic we had all last year and into this year, has moved, so she can no longer be sponsored by Compassion because they don't know where she moved to, so we are getting a new child, also from the D. R., also a girl, the same age! We are sad but happy at the same time!
