(no subject)
We just got back from Boracay a few hours ago and all I can say is I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO WORK! Plus, my arms really really hurt from holding on so tight for dear life in the super rip-off flying fish (cheng: "bakit yung ex ko, promise niya, he'll never let go, eh siya yung unang bumitaw..")
For my first Boracay trip ever (YES! FIRST!!) I can really say that the place is really as enchanting and beautiful as everyone says. Actually, I didn't imagine it to be that filled with commercial places and for all the prices to be so sky-high, but what the heck, I was on vacation!!
We did the flying fish and snorkling in the middle of the nowhere thing. The currents were strong and it was pretty wild to be out there trying to hold on to the rope, then this man comes along in his small bangka saying, "miss, buko oh, bili ka ng buko!" And then of course we did the whole drink beer for breakfast thing, and thank God we were able to stop Julian & Bry from getting hennas saying, 'Steady' 'Lang' or 'Pakshit'.
We ate the yummy yummy longa burger and I finally saw Cocomangas (hhmm.. not what I expected.) The shakes in Jonah's were just right. What I liked most about our trip is meeting new people which really reminded me of our trip to Europe.. It was nice, sitting there drinking and talking to people with different thoughts and views on life. Aside from Donny, the 36 year old Scottish guy we met, we made friends with these 2 little girls who were just so cutie cutie cute!! Especially Alessi who was a chubby little girl who said, "I think I lost weight from all that walking!" Oh man she was so cute in her tiny pink bikini and claiming that she can do a headstand! We made 'sand villages' and ice cream made out of sand. She really looked like she wanted to eat that ah..
Overall, I'm relaxed to be home. We were so hyper and looking for action the whole time we were there so now my body really really hurts and I just want to sleep.. I really loved my whole Boracay experience and I'm hoping I can go back there again before the year ends!
Up next.. Bolinao, Pangasinan with the Peres family and then Matuod Batangas with the M Boys.. TALK ABOUT CHAOS!!!!!
