after thanksgiving
so i've had a house full of family since wednesday. it's been fun. but boy am i tired! tomorrow i have to take one of the guinea pigs that lives in the library to the vet to get a tumor removed from his cheek :( poor piggy.
for the benefit of steviecat & tintin: I made vegan "turkey" cutlets at thanksgiving with mushroom gravy & wild rice stuffing. to do the cutlets I marinated tofu slices in hot water with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and pinches of marjoram, thyme, pepper, salt, and rosemary and sage and baked them.
