Pray with me for Lisa Madigan!
I woke up to a blog post from Lisa Madigan who is known for her award winning book, FLASH BURNOUT. Lisa wrote this eloquent, heartwrenching post a few days ago and since I hadn't been on my blog all weekend, I didn't see it: Hard News
I've seen first hand what cancer is doing to so many and am feeling for her and her family. Since I'm in BSF and we're studying the book of Isaiah, I'm using this verse and continually lifting up my prayers for her:
Isaiah 41:10 (New Living Translation)
10 "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
