I have a house!
And it's so exciting!
I'm doing what some people think is a little strange and moving in with Rich, but we still get on really well and we have discussed it properly. So 3 Rose Lane will be my home for the next year and possibly even the two after that! It's cheap for St Andrews at a mere £350-ish a month and a 9 month lease, and close to Tesco, the maths department, the union and not far from chapel.
I tried to give up chocolate for lent again this year but my heart really wasn't in it, so I gave up giving up today. It's Sarah's birthday today and it was Jenna's birthday yesterday, and there's chocolate cake this evening in Melville.
Lectures are...interesting. MT1003 is interesting although the proofs at times see a little strange. The Stats course I'm doing is, so far, ridiculously easy, and the second year maths course is challenging, but it keeps me on my toes I suppose.
Better go now, I have to sell tickets outside the library for 2 hours, for a cheese and wine night as a fundraiser for the Chapel Choir tour. At least it's a nice day.
