Nonvolcanic tremors deep in Earth's crust ramp up and quiet down with the rise and fall of the ocean's tides, a new study says.

Gee.... water helps dissipate the strength of earthquake tremors... who'da thunk? Sometimes I really wish these scientists would take a break and watch their own programs. I swear.... the mounds of contradictions and common sense answers that allude these supposed experts is mind boggling sometimes....
