Relieved!
I got my first and last check today and am completely relieved! I've been so scared that I wouldn't make enough money to pay my bills. I know that I'll have a paycut but not sure of how much. I was also -sure- that my old company would rip me off with my last check.
My old company didn't rip me off. I actually got enough to pay most of my furniture bill so I won't have that over my head for a year. Whew!
And the check from the school is enough to pay my minimum balances on other stuff. I'm so so so relieved. I've been seriously terrified which was making me more on-edge than I needed to be. Yes, it's still less than I'm used to but I can live within this budget.
