Church and grotonfest
Today was a good day! A bit more busy than I anticipated, but still great.
We went to church again today ( no, Tom did not go, and it's fine). I kept Jimmy with me until the kids went off to Sunday school, right after the story. We went up for the story, which was about a lost cat traveling across France, and as soon as Jimmy saw that cat, he meowed so loud the whole church could hear. He was so proud of himself, too.
After church some of the other moms and us walked up to Grotonfest, which was really nice. They also had the fire department and a bunch of other big truck for kidsto climb on, which Jimmy loved. Here's a picture!
After Grotonfest I did some chores, and Alessandra came over for a last minute playdate for the boys before she goes to Italy. It was 80 degrees, so I broke out the water table, which the boys loved. Another picture!
Today I really just feel grateful for my friends. I know how I come across sometimes, and I am just so glad there are people in this world willing to put up with it! And a husband. :-)
