Jimmy's language is coming right along! He now says "home", "Uh-oh", "meow", "car", "me", "now", "hot", "that", and sometimes puts two or more words together. Tom swears One morning when I was sleeping in, he said, "all done. Me go now. Mama!". I haven't heard anything that long, but I have heard, "mama, go now!". He does like to go outside! Apparently yesterday while I was in the shower, he was trying to get Tom's attention, but Tom was playing with his phone. So Jimmy goes, "dada.... Dada... (fussy whining)... TOM!". Wonder where he got that from! :)
He also pretends all sorts of things now, which is really cute. He puts his baby on the potty, and feeds it, and plays with his phone. He's also obsessed with all the noises he hears outside, like trains and airplanes. He points and yells at every airplane he hears! Sometime he even yells at them like he's trying to get their attention. So cute!
Physically, he's getting stronger and SO proud of it! He picks up everything he can, and what he can't he pushes all around. Our chairs and laundry baskets are all over the place! He can also hang from his hands now! Here he is at the playground yesterday:
He loved it!
My garden is coming along - just got my first ripe cherry tomatoes! A bunch of yellow wax beans too. The cucumber plants are getting bigger, as are the beans. Just hope we have a warm fall!
