Figured out what was causing the waves of eye problems, tongue tingling/numbness and muscle spasms. ::blushing:: I had run out of my Luvox 2 weeks ago, but wasn't in any hurry to get more since I'd gone up to a month without prozac (when I was on it) without noticing much of a difference. Well, turns out the prozac has a much longer half-life than other SSRI's, so you don't get withdrawal symptoms like you do with the others. I remembered being told that you didn't get withdrawal symptoms with the prozac (and noticing this myself when I was off it for a bit) and ignorantly applied that to the luvox. So, I inadvertanly put myself through two weeks of withdrawal. ::silly:: I took a luvox on thursday afternoon and by friday morning the symptoms I was experiencing were completely gone. Don't I just feel like a dork now, LOL. Thanks for all of your help and suggestions Gabi and Steph!
