good week! 3 workouts where I did all three circuits. 1 40-minute Zumba session. 1 long, brisk walk. 1 2.5 mile jog.
I was pretty pleased with the jog, which I'd say I actually ran about 95% of! I didn't manage to get out of bed early this morning, so I was running in the 10AM sun, which made a bit of a difference: I actually got a little light-headed and took a tumble, resulting in a little road rash and (even worse) a chip in my new manicure. :( Definitely need to work on the hydration and the endurance.
Poor Kevin: I hadn't started working out when he left for Europe. I'm not sure how quiet I can be in the mornings and still work as hard as I need to, but I'll do my best not to wake him up!
