When, as a favor to Clint Barton, she agrees to help out a deep-cover S.H.I.E.L.D. field agent who needs to use Natasha’s real life as her cover story, Natasha discovers terrifying connections between a Hydra plot and her carefully constructed life, and is thrust into a spy-versus-spy game of intrigue and betrayal where no one is who they seem to be and the fate of the world once again hangs in the balance. Will Natasha finally claim a life and identity that are truly her own, or will old secrets and new technology destroy the person she is becoming and doom the world along with it?
