I just wanted to pop on here and say I just some major vindication of switching over to the Paleo Lifestyle. At work we had to do a health and wellness screening because of the increased costs of healthcare. If we were listed as being at risk ( high cholesterol,overweight etc) we were issued a health and wellness coach.

I'm really surprised at the chart's suggestion that ideal body fat is 8-19%. I'm amazed that you're 20%! That's great! Female athletes typically have a less than 20% body fat percentage, so the idea that that is the 'norm' is laughable. When I 15 and *heavily* involved in athletics my body fat was 22% and I was FIT. Women stop menstruating once their body fat dips to below 10-14%.
