I can't get myself into a semblance of ordinary ness.

19th century buns...
And I'm talking about the kind in my hair, not the ones on the plate or the ones on the chair.

I would just like to mention that I read the entirety of Pride & Prejudice in under 10 hours today.

I can hardly believe how long it's been since I last updated.
I cannot even begin to describe everything that has happened in the past two weeks. I'll just go over the minor details:
Monday: Broke up with Jake (waves of relief)
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: Baltimore Waltz performances (which were awesome)
Saturday: Felt like a new person
Today: warmth, finished my book, finished my homework early

My head is pounding, ears not really working properly as I listen to Rent all the way through for the first time. I hate missing school.

Peaceful here, listening to the rain on the roof and Medæval Bæbes. I cleaned my room over the course of yesterday and today. All that reamins is to vacuum.

Long complicated story involving suspicious activity on Block Island (ie reception bars indicated but none recieved) and an attempt to have a conversation with Rob, who was having similar problems though not as messed up (clearly) as my phone...

"Well, that depends on what you mean by friend. We knew each other; that is to say, we did meet once... At school."

As for life, it's become exceedingly confusing. After the whole September affair (which we need not go into here) I have floated about with the tea people a great deal more than I had originally thought I would. It's great fun; I'm enjoying doing HW and intellectual conversation and tea in Little Northfield.

Finally backing up my computer. I should be taking a shower or sleeping, but no, my comp decided to have issues. So I deleted a whole bunch of stuff I didn't need to delete. Now I'm getting it back and backing up the whole thing. Oh, and the internet won't work on said specimen, so I have to use dad's. Grrrrr.

At any rate, hope everyone's enjoying the First Night festivities. Harlin and I are going to watch a pile of movies.
