(no subject)
I haven't written on here in years. Or maybe just a few weeks...
Somebody tried to rob the post office that I worked at in Youngstown yesterday. That's slightly unnerving. Some guy with a gun tried to get into the back area where only employees are allowed or something. Apparently everyone was okay, and the police chief is now calling it a hoax or something... Really makes me want to go back. Except not.
So, I'm on this big cleaning/organizing kick. To the point where I get so bored sitting in my room because there's nothing for me to clean. or organize. I'm constantly doing dishes. A couple days ago, I organized the computer desk. And recopied all the passwords and usernames we have written randomly onto color coded note cards. My dad loves it. My mom thinks I need a hobby.
Maybe this will be good for school. I REALLY want to study and work hard this semester and get as many A's as possible. That sounds nerdy, and like something I should already be doing. But in all honestly, I haven't really cared much about my academics until finals time, and by then it's usually too late.
I start band camp in a week. Yuck. I'm going to have a bazillion flute players. And they very rarely play in most of the music they have. So either, sectionals are going to really long and boring... or they're going to go well and they're going to sound great. I'm hoping for the latter. Laura Mariotti's little sister is a drum major this year. I feel so old.
I got up early this morning to get a bunch of stuff done... I should probably get on that. I just checked my email for the first time in a week because the internet has been unplugged... to keep my sisters off during the day. *is annoyed*
Apparently I have a meeting for Zeta on the 8th. I believe that's news to me... *sigh* I don't have the money to keep running back and forth between here and youngstown. I have to go up there sunday/monday to move. Then again Wednesday? Maybe I'll just wait and do it all in one day or something.
Maybe I should stop procrastinating and go paint and get shit done... kbye =)
