this is really strange, because i was thinking as i was leaving campus that there would be more green space if they had built a multi-level parking garage instead of the sprawling farmlot thing, which led me to think, they could also put a green roof on it, which led em to wonder why we dont have green roofed buildings in the US(there may be a few)..if they can exist in Iceland, they can exist in Lewisburg.

Yes, I am still awake at 6am. I had to finish a book. Maybe that has something to do with my rambling?

Lets plant grass seed on the top of all campus buildings....

Lucy, Aliah and I have also talked about how it would be a lot better (and cooler) if they had built some sort of multi-level garage with a green roof that actually had enough parking for everyone.
And, they do have green rooftops in the U.S., in lots of cities. (and bunches of other countries.)

and random acts of protest gardening? HELL YESSSS

What good planning! I suppose UCLA is the most logical place to have that sort of set-up.

i guess what i meant was houses with turf roofs....like this http://www.cozyville.org/real_estate_photos/images/4.jpg where the house looks like something a hobbit would live in.

protest gardening it is then...when it gets warmer. we start with the library.

p.s. did you get the email for someones senior design project about doing a multi-level garage with a green roof? i think they saw this...
