yesasia.com has it, and definitely has subtitles. But if you dig around a little you might find a place that sells it for less -- I remember running across a place that sold it for $30, but I can't find the site anymore. Starts out a bit slow, but really start to pick up around epi 10 or so, when Goujian & Fuchai both finally become kings.
