Dragon_Smoke liked it and said I should post my recipe.

Stuffed Mushrooms:
Rip out the mushroom stems while laughing mightily at their torment.
Chop the stems up real fine along with one clove of garlic and 1/4 cup parsly.
Saute them all up in a skillet and go get yourself a small pot, cauldren, or whatever.
In the pot I put half a can or oyster stew a dollup of cream and a sploosh of white wine.
On medium heat Stir it up while trying not to get Bob Marley in your head.
Toss in the sauted yummies and about a half a cup of bread crumbs or similar.
Stir (not with your finger I know it looks good but get a frikin spoon) let thicken a bit .
Put the mushroom caps guts up in an oven safe dish, point and laugh at them once more for good measure.
Carefully spoon fill each cap with the oyster mix then realize your just gonna pour the rest of that shit all over it anyway.
Bake at 375 for 15 min then let cool for 2 min, boiling liquid hurts yo
Plate up and go Gobble Gobble Gobble Mmmmm

Garlic Butter Crab legs:
Get 5 cloves of garlic and go smashy smashy, peal the skin and dice them up fine.
Saute with half a stick of butter, the blood of about half a lemon, and a pinch of parsley.
Do not lick hot skillet no matter what the dog tells you.
Turn it down to low and just let it sit a bit while the oven warms up to 375.
Stack the crab in rows or whatever and pour your garlicy goodness over them.
Take a moment to thank your ancestors for going "Unga bunga look at ugly sea bug, wonder what that tastes like"
Bake for 25 minutes basting every 5-7 minutes and check LJ between bastings.
Put on some metal gauntlets and welding goggles then set forth to penatrate the sharp pointyness that keeps you from yum yums.
