(no subject)
I guess this is more an FYI than an actual post. I've got this weird virus in my throat that causes oozing ulcers. It looks and feels like strep, but isn't. Not sure how it's spread. Probably spit and water droplets in the air stream. (Now I'm thinking about the normal transmission of throat-based viruses causing oozing and about the girl I saw at the hospital during senior year with throat gonorrhea.) It started on Sunday and refuses to go away, and the only thing to do about it is put on topical painkillers and wait it out. I was probably contagious for about a week prior. So, if you've seen me since Sunday 12/30 and start getting a horrendous throat thing...sorry?
