been a long time, eh?
on of my favorite things about driving for hours is the neverendingalwayschangingbluegreengrey sky.
a perfect painting signed by God, which inspired me to create something of my own today. its been too long since i brought out my brushes.
ho hum. this weekend was full of adventure. detours, crummy lineups, happy security guards, division avenue, dingy record stores, sparkly drums, analyzation, eliza!, sitting on window sills, three fan-tas-tic bands, getting lost at three am, nearly killing nine people, singing in my sleep, weirdo languages, dirty pirates, fishing reel underwear, NO firewood, the most ridiculous sunburn, blue like jazz, two-toned puppy dogs, spades, free pillar bracelets, moving lectures, pictures with michael tait, helpful families, stealing hammers, more analyzation and the looooooong ride home (aided by about six double shots and a bit of johnny cash).
we are offically girl scouts. i think the only thing that would have made this weekend better is if some lame-os had been off work (kidding). ill be back in detroit on saturday, and reunions will happen. hoo-rah!
