Ok, so as mentioned, Bumblenuts is no more. Next Friday he will be history, either out of the government or transferred permanantly away fro us. Thats golden. It also looks as if Wisecarver will go down too. Hes still going to fight legally, not to get his job back but to try and get a settlement for improper termination. Hes decided retirement doesnt look so bad. I'm happy for him. So....that leaves one operator position coming open, and sooner or later the supreme ass clown in charge job. This is where things get stupid. As of now, there are 4 possible candidates for SACIC if they promote from within. Don Lauer, who is a space case and a total dipshit...chance next to nil..... Me, all the right stuff but ZERO interest in it now since its become so fucked up... Hunter, who wants it, says he really doesnt but does and is totally qualified as well as supported by most of us.... And Gary, little Bumblenuts, Crosleys hemmerhoid, Mini me, ect.... Now, SENIORITY wise, it goes Lauer, Hunter, Me, Gary.
There should be no chance of Gary ascending because A) hes an idiot like Crosley ( he told Crosley how to run the place before, result, a fucked up plant) B) hes junior to everyone and C) just about everyone hates him as much or more than Crosley. And now things get jumbled. Since Bumbles removal, nobody has been designated temp supervisor and its something that SHOULD be done. Every month, we have to fill out a report with results calculated to show that we met the limits set by the state. Supervisors job. Bumbles never did one right in 3 years. They let him finish last months which was also screwed. So TODAY, the question was asked "whos responsible for the DMR?" and Willie Jown Fennel, Crosleys cock blocker told the pwoers that be Gary would be. 3 of us CAN electronically sign the DMR, Hunts, Gary and myself, but Willie John tapped Gary. Hunts and I dont care, we hate doing reports anyway, but now we must be vigilant that they dont attempt some back dorr shit and try slipping Gary into the job. I'm really getting burned out on these constant struggles to have a decent place to work. I just want things quiet and calm so I can relax.....
