thanks everyone for helping me out on how to make jam! i made raspberry and strawberry jam today, and i think it turned out well :)

take one leaf of filo pastry per person (it comes in leafs here, i hope it does anywhere else, too!), let it thaw for a while and roll (?) it to a little less than twice its normal size. whisk an egg and coat the pastry with it. saute garlic and onions (i take two small red ones for one leaf of pastry) in olive oil, maybe add some tuna or whatever you can imagine on your filo pizza. put the garlic and onions on the filo, and put into the oven for 15 minutes or until nice and crispy at about 200° celsius. enjoy!
