In a feeble attempt to be “active”, I set out for a walk! Okay, so it was a half an hour walk to Hanna’s house, to drop off my calculator for Norma’s math test, and then some wandering around town to gather presents for Cho (weird presents: bracelets *okay nothing weird so far*, a candy bouquet *sounds wrong*, Happinez magazine for some spiritual development, and a … I think it was a fridge magnet?), and some credit for my phone ‘cause fuck if I don’t need it!
During my two walks (home > Hanna, Hanna > home), I managed to get rained out of my brain twice. Props to me! I don’t mind the rain though, so I’ve had several offers from mental institutions now, recommended by people who saw me half-dance through the soaked streets.
Then I watched the most kick-ass movie I have seen so far this week, Equilibrium with Christian Bale, together with Hanna & Norma. Hallelujah, what a nimble guy! And the sex radiating off of him… Take me now.
I took Norma home for some traditional ‘How I met your mother’ and your Fleur was all content. Dropped the wench off at the station, and went straight to bed (well, not really, but - just, don’t you like things that make you sound good?) for a good night’s rest!

Woke up at FIVE, only to go to sleep at TWO!
That was just to shame my boyfriend away from me. Okay, so, I slept through a wonderfully peaceful morning (oh how I like my sleep, if I’d be a bear, I’d hibernate all freaking year - and omg I learned on QI that bears sort of shut down their alimentary canal (or at least that’s what I think it’s called, so no faeces for an entire season, yay for the environment! Bears are cool) and then Sil came over. I think we spent some useless time lazing around my bed, but then it was time to act married couple-y and we bought…
A plant. Hah. Haha. For my fish, or they’ll die. I’m the worst pet-keeper ever, do NOT entrust your beloved dog/guinea pig/naked mole rat/hog to me. Srsly.
Then, we had dinner at my dad’s place and I went to watch Sil’s karate practice for the first time. Funtimes! They got to fight with knives and shit.
Stuff like that makes me wish I was somewhat flexible, at times. Well, almost.
We watched the Shawshank Redemption at night (hah, we flipped a coin about which movie we were going to watch like 5 times, and even if I hadn’t won - I would’ve won) and it was gorgeous, of course.
Then Sil was being a total Jacob; space heater all the way, so I couldn’t sleep at all for an extended period of time and I think I’m going to die of sleep deprivation today D:
Naw, I’m all right, actually, I’m not tired at all - oh wait, we’re not in the present yet!
8th of July
Yay! Meet! I’ve been dying to have me a mini-meet with Cho since, well, forever, and today we went shopping in Utrecht. I was in deep deep remorse about forgetting her 19th birthday (during my time of extreme stress and ignorance of the date!!!1!) so I bought her presents *mentioned above* and embarrassing party hats - I wore mine all day as a sort of penance, with as a result that I received about 13 birthday wishes, hahaha.
We met up around 11:30 and split up (oh that sounds grave, it wasn’t) around 17:00 and in between I bought: Twilight! Because it came out on DVD today.
Oh, and a happy, pretty scarf, new shoes (purple flats, love ‘em), new shades (make me look like insect, just the way I like ‘em), new tights (actually, leggings, they’re blue-purplish, or just blue if you believe Cho), and ‘War and peace’ by Leo Tolstoj. Yay!
It’ll be my big book project for the summer, hah. Anyway, we did what meets are made for: sit down a lot and walk through the same streets 700+ times, lol (okay so our internal GPS is just fucked up, hey, I don’t know Utrecht for shit!), and ate too much - I had a lot of fun with m’Cho, and I think I kind of made up for missing her bday, and I can’t wait till the Nouk/Cho/Fleur bday party that’s bound to take place somewhere this summer, so be there betches! : D
