Back to school!
I'm so glad to be back here in good 'ole Lubbock. As much as I just love being at home and all...
Taking 16 hours this semester, should be interesting! Especially since I have the apathy of your typical college student. 4.0 here I come baby!
I definitely enjoy being able to just chill with Kristen and Clint, Brent, Ben, Kim, Matt and others again. Can't wait to see Marta and Tejas!
It's weird because it feels like we never left. How is it that we can leave for a month, pick up our home lives where we left them (minus a few people) and come back to our college lives. Do you ever feel like all of you is never in one place?
When you're at school, you can't help but miss the comfort of home and the love you receive, but you certainly like the freedom and relationships you've formed at your 'second' home.
On that subject, (sort of) my parents surprised me with plane tickets to Austin for my birthday this weekend! I am super excited !
It's funny that they often complain and don't understand why I still love my high school friends, but they apparently understand enough to send me to be with them. That's probably the nicest thing they've ever done, and they are pretty cool when I break it all down. I love them.
