Character(s): Rory Williams, Rose Tyler, and the Tenth Doctor
Content: Rose and Rory talk regenerations, timelines, and other things get distracted by the wardrobe room. Ten crashes the party.
Setting: Starts near Muspelheim, moves to Ten's TARDIS outside of Niflheim
Time: Week 31, shortly after Rory's arrival
Warnings: May devolve into gossiping about the Doctor(s). Which would be awesome.
It was just her luck that he landed on the exact opposite end of Paixao as the TARDIS.
Rose legged it through the city, trying not to run like a madwoman and bowl over innocent (or not-so-innocent: the jury was still out on how involved the locals were on their imprisonment here) bystanders in her rush, but it was a near thing. Curiosity drove her onward, but so did concern for this near-stranger. She remembered her first day here: the uncertainty of the situation, the wrongness of not being able to speak freely with the one person that would understand. It was all a bit much, even to someone that had dealt with the madness that followed the Doctor on a regular basis. And to lose his wife, too, to this...
From what she'd gathered off of the message board, Rory traveled with the Doctor. Beyond that, he had only traveled with the older Doctor, who didn't remember him. It made sense; the Doctor'd been newly regenerated when he showed up in Paixao.
Rose slowed as soon as the golden flames of Muspelheim Gate came into view. Brushing her hair back into some semblance of order, she kept an eye out for anything suspicious.
She approached slowly, offering a gentle smile. "Rory?" It was at times like this that she wished the journals gave you something more than a little headshot. But this was their agreed-upon meeting point and, really, what were the chances that someone else would be here in their dressing gown?
