Iroh had felt he needed to investigate exactly why he had a note put on the door of his unfinished tea shop. He had thought it was some important notice of health or administration or safety. Instead, it was a requisition of dress code. While it was not a major issue for himself, there were others around him who voiced their concern. Noting that all the complaints were made from visitors, he began looking around and seeing how the same post had been made over and over again all across town.

During his walk, he overheard a small voice offering one of the strangest things he had ever heard. However, he was used to speaking with dragons, so his idea of strange was likely different to someone else.

"An illustrated poem, did you say?" he asked, peeking around a street sign, reading the same lawful decree as everything other shop window in sight.

A poem? Saïx could hardly see the point of having even that, much less one that was illustrated. After all, they were far more the things of some of his colleagues than anything that he would care to. But still, there was a sort of advantage in that. He wouldn't have been expected to express interest. He wouldn't have been expected to stop.

And so, stop he did. After all, there was little enough to mark him as belonging to the Organization, with his coat gone. True, his hair and scar had a tendency to stand out, but they were no more than one might find on anyone. Certainly nothing that he would consider to be enough to put a hold to anything.

"For what purpose?"
