Hearing the sound of footsteps approaching, Rozalin lifted her eyes from her dress, catching sight instantly of that familiar red hair and oversized tie. Before she'd even realized what she was doing, she'd risen from the bench and taken several steps towards him.

While for him it was, what? Hours? Since he'd last seen her, she hadn't seen him in... months. Many, many months. She'd lost track at this point of just how long it had been. Emotions she hadn't expected or knew how to really describe bubbled up from her stomach. "A-Adell!" she replied, sounding far more emotional than she would have preferred.

She paused a brief moment, attempting to collect herself a little. "N-no... not too long," Rozalin replied, a little awkwardly, but returning his smile with a faint one of her own.

Rozalin had come to accept that she missed him, along with his family and even that ridiculously small house they all lived in. Seeing him here now, however, made her realize more than anything before just exactly how much. It was almost overwhelming. Of course, she was doing her best to hide this fact.

"O-of course, if you'd been too much longer, I would have had reason to complain," she quickly added.
