Looking a little confused, a small, white duck stumbled onto the city streets, the silver zippers on his garments shining in the city light. After accidentally running into someone with a surprised quack, Donald Duck brushed off the front of his shirt and mantle, hardly looking up. His broad, orange feet slapped on the textured street as he wandered in a little deeper, away from the other puzzled people being ushered in.
“What’s the big idea, sending me here?” Donald asked himself as he walked away from the gates, staring at the little blue rectangle he’d just been given by the man who had been guarding them. However, as he continued to walk, the duck noticed the reflection on the shiny surface of what he’d been told was a journal, and looked up.
Donald’s face lit up, astonished by the beauty of the place. Each building was carved with ornate details, the warm lights of the buildings lit everything in a golden glow. The curved, painted ceilings to the streets were lavishly decorated with all sorts of images, and the dome that covered the crossroads he was nearing showed clouds and blue sky. But wait! The clouds were moving, as though some enchantment had brought the painting to life!
After a few moments of simply looking around, Donald found a bench, and opened up his new journal...
