Unbeknownst to Timon, Urd had been watching him for a few minutes. He was obnoxious, mouthy and all talk, sure. No one, probably including the meerkat himself, would deny this. Still, she couldn't help but feel a little bad for him. Most of her knowledge of him was, in fact, conjecture, but it was obvious he was more on edge than he normally should be. He'd had a hard time lately. Not that he had any excuse for being such a little jerk. Why did every talking animal she came across have such an attitude problem?

She sighed loudly, making her presence known. Under the lion statue. Which meant she was not her full-size. As she walked toward him, Urd was actually a little bit shorter than Timon, her body and features shrunk to adorable proportions. "A bit skittish, are we?" Hands on her hips, she smirked at him, all her arrogance and confidence compressed into this one miniature version.

Skittish was right. Urd’s sigh alone was enough to send the meerkat flying forward with a cry of surprise. He was so certain he would spot the goddess on the street the last place he had expected her to appear was behind him. So suddenly too! He did not hear so much as her footsteps. Timon frowned and turned to face the woman once he had managed to regain his composure - or at the closest he got to composed. This was the second time she had managed to sneak up on him. Surely at this point she must have known he was not a fan of such surprises. Was she trying to give him a heart attack ( ... )

Urd watched Timon rage with a bored expression, arms folded. When he finally noticed her size, she lifted an eyebrow, a smirk of amusement barely contained. "Relax," she said, flipping her hair off her shoulder and walking to the edge of the statue's base, gazing out at the street. "For something like this, I don't need my full power. I've got things to do, you know. I'm back at my place right now, dealing with the..." She trailed off, the arrogant expression on her face fading to grim seriousness. She'd almost given away too much, too soon.

She turned suddenly, long hair fanning behind her with the movement and frowned up at the meerkat. "That's not important now. What did you have to talk about?" Despite her currently diminutive size, her attitude was on par with the full-sized version.

Urd sure didn’t explain a lot. If anything, she had only confused Timon further. The way she mentioned it, it was as though she had shrunk herself on purpose. How she managed to do that though was yet another mystery. At least it didn’t sound permanent - not that he particularly cared whether or not it was. Although, the size difference really did rule in his favour. In this state he could easily overpower her, or so he was foolishly led to believe. Though physical force was nowhere his style, he was sure he could still intimidate the goddess somehow another if needed ( ... )

"Right, I'd hate to interrupt your busy day of hiding behind things," Urd shot back, more scathing than she intended to be. She chrossed her arms tighter under her chest, unwittingly sulking a bit. Ever since that night in her garden, she was feeling more tense than usual. The last thing she needed was this...this rat to make her angrier. Why did she even come?

"Fine," she finally sighed, abruptly turning again, her back to him. "I'll tell you something and then you tell me something. Then maybe we'll actually get somewhere." Urd loosened up a bit, gazing out into the street as she spoke. "I think the Organization might have an insider giving away their game." She frowned, lowering her gaze to the ground. "I don't have proof, exactly, so don't ask. It's a hunch based on something I experienced recently along with something that happened awhile back."
