Urd reclined on one of the chaises by the pool, snapping her journal shut. Well, that took care of that -- now everyone who glanced at the journals today would know what was going down. She smiled in satisfied smugness to herself, popping open the bottle of sake her sister had given her.

She gave a cursory glance to her carefully poised body to make sure she looked the most inviting and poured herself a drink.

Lenne found her way to the pool rather easily, considering. After the darkness had dissipated, her sense of direction had seemed to improve dramatically from even before. However, she was still surprised to find that she was one of the first to arrive. And the woman that caught her eye first was just about enough to cause her to turn right back around and flee as her self-esteem took a dive.

That must be Urd. But no use assuming, might as well introduce herself. She smiled her most cheerful smile and made her way over to the goddess, hands clasped behind her back to keep from toying with her skirt or any other embarrassing nervous behavior. She didn't have a swimsuit here in Paixao, so she was still in her usual Songstress ensemble, and was beginning to feel very over-dressed.

"Hi there, I'm Lenne. I don't believe we've met before...?"

She lowered her cup from her face as Lenne approached. Though the girl thought she was overdressed, Urd was immediately impressed by her sense of style. Flirty and flashy? Wonderful! "Hey there, Lenne," she replied, smile widening in friendly welcome even as her dark purple eyes gave the newcomer a once over. She stood gracefully from the chaise, tossing her hair from her shoulders and stepped closer, head tilted.

"Glad you could make it. We haven't officially met, but I remember seeing you at Genie's golf tournament." She reached out and lifted the filmy, translucent blue fabric of the ruffles and drapes about Lenne's outfit. "I love this outfit!"

"That's right! I knew I'd seen you before, but I wasn't aware of your name then. Glad I have a name to put to a face, now," she rambled, glad she managed to say "face" and not "body", like she had been thinking. She hadn't actually told Lenne her name, but she had very little doubt that this was anyone but Urd.

Lenne laughed embarrassedly and was deeply grateful she managed not to blush at Urd's compliment, it was definitely more than she was expecting. "Thank you!" she responded sincerely. She was quite fond of the outfit herself, which was a blessing considering she didn't exactly have much else to wear in Paixao. She had to fight off the urge to twirl and show how the fabric would swirl around her. It was one of her favorite things about the outfit.

"You're welcome," Urd replied lightly. Absently placing her sake bottle and cup on the nearby table, she raised her eyebrows. "You'd said earlier you didn't have a summer wardrobe. No swimsuit?" Smile turning mischievous, she leaned towards Lenne, winking conspiratorially. "How about we get you into something even cuter? Maybe there'll be some romance in your life today."

Without waiting for an answer, she leaned back, held out a hand with her palm facing Lenne. A puff of smoke surrounded the girl and, when it cleared, her previous outfit had been replaced. She was now wearing a cobalt blue bikini, the top composed mostly of ruffles, accompanied by a sarong made of the same kind of material Urd previously praised. "Ah! Perfect!" Urd exclaimed, smirking.

Her bare feet left the ground and she floated behind Lenne. Placing her hands on her shoulders, she steered the newly outfitted Lenne to the pool to see her reflection in the still waters. "What do you think?

Lenne was opening her mouth to remark that she really wasn't looking for romance at this time, but she was struck dumb by the sudden, smoky magic that surrounded her. When the smoke cleared, she looked down at herself, mouth still open, but now in complete surprise. Oh, it looked lovely! And it was just her style...

She allowed herself to be led to the pool where when she gazed down at herself, she couldn't help but turn from side to side to get the full picture. "Oh, I just love it!" she was grinning widely, and toying with the familiar fabric of the sarong. She turned around to face Urd, completely unfazed by her floating. "Thank you, so much!" she beamed at the goddess in gratitude, unsure of what else to say, or even of her own thoughts.

"You're welcome," Urd chuckled. "You're a gorgeous girl and should flaunt your stuff. A lot of women would just about kill to look like you." She turned, settling onto the ground again. "Feel free to have some food or sing on the karaoke machine. And, of course, swim." She glanced over her shoulder at Lenne with a small smirk. "The party is sure to pick up soon. Any questions or requests?"

Lenne shook her head, smiling, and risked a graceful twirl, enjoying the feel of the gauzy sarong swirling around her. She stopped after a perfect 360, and grinned at Urd.

"Thank you for the suit, I haven't felt this pretty in long time," she gushed. "Don't let me bother you any further, I'll take a look around," she added, and with a wave and an almost shy wink, she wandered off toward the karaoke machine, or maybe the food... she couldn't wait to see who else was going to turn up.

After making sure Lenne was settled in, Urd was about to further enjoy the gift from her sister when Tidus appeared. Well, he was certainly good looking, wasn't he? A bit young for her tastes, personally (and she was fairly certain his girlfriend was that sweet little brunette named Yuna), but she could always appreciate a well-built man. "Just Urd is fine, sweetie," she said, absently flipping the long curtain of her hair off her shoulders. "I've been here long enough...you're Tidus, right?" She grinned, gaze lowering to his trunks and beach ball. "I'm looking forward to seeing how you move in the water."

"You are so right," Urd fairly purred, leaning forward and looping her arm through his. "So many of us are strangers here, completely lost. With everything that's been happening lately, a party is just what the doctor ordered." As she spoke, she lead him towards the pool. When they arrived, she smiled sweetly. "I think someone needs to test this water."

Then she pushed him into the pool.

Urd chuckled, leaning to one side to avoid the majority of the water. "Water really seems to be your element, kid," she said, smirking. "Why don't you show me what else you can do when you're not splashing beautiful women?" As she spoke, she tossed her hair back, droplets of water sparkling in the air.

As Tidus performed his trick shot, Urd gave a low whistle. That was impressive! When he looked back up at her for her reaction, she grinned and applauded. "Very nice! I bet the girls love you, huh?" She lowered herself to the edge of the pool, dipping long, tan legs into the crystalline water. "Is that part of playing Blitzball? The tricks, I mean."
