Rhyme jogged to the place that she said she would meet Namine. She was running a little late. Once getting closer she looked around to try and spot the blond. She spotted her on the bench and approached her. "Namine?" she asked making sure.

She walking around in front of her and smiled her usual smile. She tried to be as friendly as she could. Namine didn't seem like she was used to people, at least from what Rhyme could tell.

Beat was, of course, close behind Rhyme. He wasn't sure what his sister had gotten into in agreeing to help some girl she met on the journals, but whatever it was, hell if he was gonna let her go by herself.

He approached a little slower, looking as cool as he could. "Sup, yo," he said to Namine with a nod of his head. "Name's Beat. I'm comin' too- t' bodyguard, aight?"

At first, Naminé just stared at them both - she'd only expected one person, and here there were two. But she realized her rudeness a second later and got quickly to her feet. "Ah-! R-right!" she exclaimed, to both their questions. Beat. Beat and ... Rhyme? She would have to remember their names.

"Thank you for... for coming," she said eventually. She'd been about to say "helping," but she couldn't very well thank them for that before they'd even had a chance to help.

Rhyme smiled at her new friend, "It's no problem," she replied to Namine. "You're..Namine right?" she asked. She remembered seeing it in the journals that this girl's name was Namine. She just wanted to make sure before they got started looking for Namine's friend.

Rhyme was happy that Beat had come along...then he was able to meet her new friend. But she didn't think it was necessary for Beat to be their bodyguard. She was sure they would be alright. But at least now Beat could get to know her new friend as well.

"So we lookin' for yer friend, right?" Beat asked. He understood that. Especially in a weird place like this- he would have been desperate for someone to help him find Rhyme if she got away from him somehow (partially, the reason he insisted on coming-- because his sister had a tendency to disappear or fall into bad luck sometimes). "Don't worry, yo, we gonna find 'em."

"Me an' Rhyme, us Bitos got a family motto. It's 'nothin' beats a Bito'!" he told Namine enthusiastically. "Aight so maybe I just made that up, but it's true."
