She would never advise anyone of landing face-first anywhere. )
Only a few moments before, the pink-haired Vice Captain had entered the city of Paixao, and now, for once, was at a complete loss of what to do with herself. Well, actually, the problem wasn't a lack of something to do, but rather on deciding what action to take, there were so many possibilities~! She could look for Ken-chan, or just look about in general. Yachiru had already labeled the city as "unusual", but in a good way. The man she had met at the gate had given her a journal~ A pink one! To match the colour of her hair. After a few moments of trying to figure out how exactly to use the device, Yachiru had given up, shoving the journal away into one of the hidden pockets of her uniform.
Humming lightly to herself, Yachiru was so caught up in her own thoughts that she almost missed seeing the blonde hair that belonged to the Vice Captain of the 10th Division. A grin spread across Yachiru's face, someone to play with~! Even though Yachiru wasn't particularily worried about finding any of her comrades, it was a relief to see someone familiar. Dropping down from her hiding place, the pink-haired girl landed neatly on her feet, before throwing her hands up in the air in a gymnast-like position.
"Ta~dah!" Twirling around once for effect, Yachiru then looked up at the blonde inquisitively.

And then something dropped right infront of her, startling her and nearly causing her to drop the journal -- just nearly -- as she hadn't sensed anything at all. Instinctively reacting to being caught off-guard, Ran let her hand fly to the hilt of her weapon when it finally registered:
Pink hair. Wide eyes.
"Y-Y-Yachiru?!"
(Random OOC note: Sorry about the first comment. Deleted it cos this made better sense. Rusty. Ugh.)
