"Back at my place... I think." she said, still keeping an arm over her eyes. Some more time passed before it finally hit Jenet. Dante? What was he doing there? More importantly, why was he in her room?

Removing her arm, she opened up one of her eyes and looked at her bed. Yep, he was there alright, making himself right at home. Wait a minute... Since when was her bed big enough for two people? Jenet may have been drunk last night and hungover right now, but could still remember that her room had 2 beds, not one.

Maybe she'd gotten a new room last night? It was certainly possible considering what had happened. She only hoped that Auron or the Prince didn't happen to see her in that drunken mess.

"So... how're ya holding up over there?"

If he were to give an honest answer, Dante’s reply would be something along the lines of ‘worse than hell.’ More graphically stated, of course. But he wasn’t about to admit defeat to the hangover - not out loud, anyway.

“I’m hung over, but that’s to be expected,” Dante answered aloud. How many rounds had they gone through? Had to have been a pretty good number if it left him feeling like this. He’d never had a more intense hangover. They must’ve had some fun last night! Ah, if only the hangover didn’t get in the way of his memory. Thinking hurt too much, as did various other little things. Like blinking. So he kept the pillow over his eyes. It kept things pretty dark anyway.

All right. Since he was lying on his back in bed without any amount of searing pain, it meant his sword was elsewhere. And feeling about his waist, so were his guns. At least he’d had sense enough to remove them before going to bed. But that meant he had to find them. Sometimes when he was drunk, he forgot the importance of his weapons and did… odd things with ( ... )

"I guess we did. I'm glad we didn't pass out either, those filthy alleyways would've stained my dress." Jenet added, and she wasn't quite willing to have to spend money to clean it. "Though I gotta wonder... just how exactly did we get here? I can't remember much... and it hurts to think right now." Maybe someone from the bar was kind enough to bring them back. Did Dante carry Jenet all the way here while she was passed out? Or was it Jenet that helped him get back?

Now that would've been something to say to the guy ( ... )

((OOC: I agree. We can end it with this one. Also, I made you wait forever for my posts before. It’s no big if I have to wait in return.))

Dante scooched over so Jenet could ease into bed comfortably. Heh. In bed with a hot chick yet again! And this time he could remember it. Maybe. With the freight train-powered hangover running him down constantly, he’d be lucky if later on he could remember his own damn name.

“Fine. I’m not in the mood for talking right now anyway,” Dante replied, pillow still over his face, muffling everything he said. It was nice and dark under there anyway. Kinda nice if not for the hangover.

He had to have another Green Dragon or five before he left this place. Just to see if they had the same impact on him. For science, of course. The hangover made the sanity of his idea questionable, but man. It had to have been a wild ride. Next time, there would be a few Green Dragons with Lady’s name on ‘em.

For now, though, darkness prevailed. Dante passed out once again.
