Primarily if they're native to this world. What they're looking for, and if there's anything nastier around as part of the crash landing here package would be lovely, too.
Oh, before I forget! I understand that its quite possible to "learn by experience", so don't prove yourself dull by telling me that in case you don't know. I don't do sweating -- even for the purpose of investigation.

As for nastier, I will admit that there's relatively few monsters. But that doesn't make the place the safest.

Although they're of somewhat lesser importance, yes. For example, the stores here will take most anything in payment provided it's suitably shiny.

...That's rather expected with the amount of immigrants landing here. People adapt, and some decide to take trinkets from the desperate; especially when they can be cashed in for a higher value than what essentials tend to cost.
Have any idea about government, anything like that? I can't see any ruler choosing to remain complacent throughout an influx of foreigners, unless this sort of thing has been happening since the dawn of time.

But even if there was a coup and authoritative figures ran, wouldn't you say any government worth their salt would blame foreigners immediately and subjugate them, perhaps restrict imports coming into the dome to starve them?
