Seeking personal testimonies concerning dangerous persons

It has become apparent to me that while there are a number of dangerous persons within the city of Paixao, very few people seem to know who they are or what to look out for. Timon has done a wonderful job of warning people about the Organization, but it concerns me that most Organization members could easily remove their uniform and go unrecognized. This matter also fails to address persons of interest outside of the Organization that could present a danger to others.
As the police force in Paixao does not seem to be particularly affective, it seems necessary for its people to take on responsibility for identifying and avoiding dangerous persons and situations. It is my understanding that a great many people here have had experiences with dangerous persons and it stands to reason that others could benefit from knowing who to be wary of. I am now asking for personal testimony of experiences with dangerous persons and descriptions of the person in question so that the information may be disseminated to the greater population. If you are uncomfortable with exposing your identity publicly, you can contact me privately and I can pass on the important information to others while keeping your identity in confidence.
I believe that everyone could benefit from such information being made public and hope very much that the people of Paixao will cooperate in this effort. Thank you.
