Well, I could argue they don't exactly appear to have a lot of reasons for much of anything they do. Why kidnap people for these so called "experiments"? Why torture them for no apparent reason?
Oh, yes, nothing stopping us there, well, other than the dangerous some of those floors offer, but it's just getting out of the city that's a little more difficult right now.

Well, yes. And that hasn't changed, is what I'm saying. There is still nothing to speak of out there. No planets, moons, stars... maybe a bit of dust, but that's a lot harder to scan from here. Still not giving up though.
