...If he is truly gone, I'm hoping he's safely back at our home world. [Yes, there is a trace of sadness in his voice. Aside from all the crazy stuff and sometimes being homesick, it was fun having him around.]
He could tell our other friends where I am. [This would be both good and bad. Good because the rest of his comrades in the secret war back home would know what has happened to him. Bad because he's mostly thinking about his girlfriend dear friend, Cassie. She'd likely worry herself sick about him.]
