It would seem this city, despite the flux of patrons both wild and tame, has become a quagmire of ennui, wherein jaded souls and vindictive wraiths haunt the glimmering boulevards. I've found little solace within the populace. Perhaps there are a few out there who wish to bring cheer to a weary heart?

Simply put, I've grown rather bored, and I beseech thee, provide ample entertainment.

But I did. Perchance we should meet, I'll be sure to provide you with a dictionary and thesaurus. Linguistics can become the finest of art forms.

Are you unable to entertain yourself? I am sure there would be work to be done, if you wish to create a place of your own amongst the 'quagmire'.

That there is, but all work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy, as they say.

Let's see here. Unnecessary flowery language, anonymous mystery message, complaining about being bored...

How's the Organization treating you?

Is that what the message was about? He could have put it more plainly. We're not all royalty you know.

A member if the Organization? I have a few words for you.

He's probably trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

And I know royalty that doesn't talk like that at all.

Quite well, actually, thank you for your concern. How are you enjoying your stay in our humble city? I trust the days find you well?

You're welcome to speak as you please, but I must ask. How familiar are you with the syntax taught to those with noble blood?

You don't use them?

So long as the conversation was pleasant, I don't see the need.
