so i'm home from NYC. update will come later. I'm seriously exhausted from the rugged journey on the Fung Wah and all i really want to do is fill out a survey that i stole from kate. woot! enjoy.
Where did you bring in 2006?: at Michelle's with friends from Lunenburg and Dan.
What was your status by Valentine's Day?: taken.
Were you in school (anytime this year)?: obvs.
How did you earn your keep?: the Peterborough Diner, Shack's, and, ya know, begging from the rents.
Did you have to go to the hospital?: don't think so.. except to care for my roomate after a charades-related incident.
Have you encountered the police this year?: yes, wonderful near tickets and fender benders.
Where did you go on Vacation?: canada was kind of a vacation for me. no where else though. gosh, i was lame this year.
What did you purchase that was over $500? nothing, but i've deffinitely spent over that much throughout the year.
Did you know anybody who got married?: not that i can recall.. at least i wasn't in the wedding.
Did you know anybody who passed away?: not directly.
Have you ran into anybody you graduated high school with? ooh yes.
Did you move anywhere?:B-B-B-Boston
What sporting event did you go to?: one of Hanni's fh games.. haha!
What concerts did you go to?: regina spektor,lots of local shows, adeem and deathtotyrants.
Where do you live now?: 908 PRow, in the 617
Describe your birthday: what didn't happen on my birthday would be a shorter list. I had one final in the AM, then Meesh and Kath came into the city for a birthday dinner for me. Aja and James planned a two phase birthday celebration for the evening. Alex and sarah made it into a three-phase. It started out with a chocolate chip cookie cake with a frosting vagina and the message: You Came Out of It, Now Eat It. Then came some wine and dancing (phase 2), and my special lap dance from Kris (phase 3). oh the drama rama that happened that night.
What is one thing you thought you would never do but did in 2006?: be naked onstage. have a one-night stand.
What is one thing you regretted this year?: being a bit negative, moody. some fights that i had with people i care about.
What's something you learned about yourself?: i'm much more affected than i pretend. i can hold my tongue and be patient.
Any new additions to your family? my cousin who looks more like my child, Luc
What was your best month?: april or may. those were good months. summer was wonderful, too.
How would you rate this year on a scale of 1 to 10?: 8.5
What was the funniest thing that happened to you in 2006?: i can't think of one thing. maybe every evening with my boss, David, at the diner. or "i got some charcoal briquets" with my arnold. or ghetto blasting/blazing with cathleen. or Aja's and my free hugs campaign/ being born from the vagina of our room. or hippie dancing with sarah for money.
What is your New Year's Resolution?: get into dancer-shape. make and maintain a 4.0
How do you plan on bringing in the new year?: i was in NYC, at a delightfully sketch party in harlem with some kids from juliard and my dear friend sarah and her sister leila; drinking and making merriment with serbs.
